Johnny goes up to Omega, snapping his neck and tearing his head off and eating it. He eats Omega's brain, so Omega can't come back, and then kills Night Kill, then same way. Then he goes and kills everysingle white coats with a ray, and stabs the boss to death, also shooting him in the head.
