If you look to the left of the sections in the forum the little round things with squares in them turn yellow. Thats when you know you havent read it yet.

Umm....mabye a vacation board? Other forums have vacation boards so the members can post there and say they're going away and won't be able to post. Does that make sense?

Go to Profile. Preferences. There you can tell it to send you emails and stuff. I think there's also another thing somewhere on the page that says watch this topic.
